工作說明：

-Representing the Consumer Bank on risk and control

implementation, management, assessment, and reporting matters, and maintaining oversight over emerging and existing Consumer Banking key risks, issues, controls, corrective actions and enhancement initiatives on an end-to-end basis

-Identifying which Consumer Banking in-business control activities are currently being performed and by which in-country units, and establishing a model and a plan潮洲街英文家教行情 that ensures that these are brought within the IBC Head’s span of control, and that these are centrally and coherently coordinated by the IBC Function

-Leading and assisting in the implementation of global, regional and country risk and control policy requirements and processes including the reinforcement, enhancement, rationalization, and streamlining of such processes, and the strengthening of the overall risk and control environment in the Consumer Bank

-Promoting a strong culture of risk and control awareness and compliance with policies and requirements in the Consumer Bank

-Introspectively reviewing the IBC role, and working with internal and external Consumer Banking partners in reviewing the effectiveness of the IBC function and enhancing the role, processes and tools to raise the bar of IBC as part of continuous improvement

-Working with in-country Business and Function Heads as well as Regional Consumer Business, Risk and Control Functions to identify, quantify, prioritize, and report key Consumer Bank risks, and championing robust controls by performing and assisting with effective and efficient control analysis, design, assessment and implementation

-Leading and assisting in root cause analysis for material risk events and co西文澳英文家教行情ntrol breaks including an effective feedback loop to local and regional management. Supporting Consumer Business and Function Heads with the design, implementation, and validation of control issues and their associated Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) in line with the Regional CAP Directive

-Evaluating, assessing and validating controls through processes and tools including RCSA/MCA, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and other related processes including the Regional Consumer Controls Procedures Manual (RCCPM), driving consistent quality assurance programs that dovetail with the MCA program, and leveraging on data sampling and analysis techniques

-Proactively engaging in the responsible design, review and implementation of Consumer Bank products (e.g. through the New Product Approval Committees) in line with relevant product risk and control requirements

-Ensuring that relevant control policies, procedures, deviations and risk acceptances are accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and are reviewed and if needed renewed on a timely basis

-Proactively monitoring all internal and external audits, reviews and examinations relating to the Consumer Bank, providing status updates, and promptly escalating all emerging risks, issues and at-risk reviews to country and regional management. Tracking, monitoring and reporting Consumer Bank-related issues and their associated CAPs to country and regional management, and promptly escalating CAPs that are at risk of missing their target dates

-Actively partnering with Consumer Businesses and Functions in the coordination of internal audits and regulatory reviews and providing support with audit and examination deliverables, tracking of engagements, monitoring of issues and CAPs raised as part of the audit process, etc.
